UK Customers
Contact us to discuss your requirements and to check availability of the parrot/s of your choice. We will then advise you of delivery/collection details. We will also request a deposit which can be paid by personal cheque or PayPal. Delivery cost by carrier in UK - £50

Import/Export
We are one of only two quarantine facilities in the whole of the North West of England. Covering an area from Lancaster, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.

Export Customers
We can export to most countries. All export regulations are governed by CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species Act)
Procedure:

• Contact us to discuss your requirements and to check availability of the parrot/s of your choice and if they can be exported from the UK. We will advise you of the shipping and administrative costs involved.
• Contact the authorities in your country to find out import requirements.
• Provide a 50% deposit in pounds sterling. We use PayPal for payments.
• Provide us with your Full Name, Address, Telephone number, E-mail address and Destination Airport.
• After this information and your deposit is received we will begin the UK Export Permit procedure - this can take up to 3 months to complete.
• Balance of the payment is to be paid in full 2 weeks before shipping.

We accept payments by personal cheque or all major credit cards through PayPal.
